After reading latest affidavit, we are satisfied that the scheme meant for the benefit of farmers styled as Rashtriya Krushi Vima Yojana, Crop Year 2014 has been implemented and it has worked itself out.

In the event any of the beneficiaries are left out and have not received benefits particularly monetary sum, they are free to approach the authorities under this scheme and bring to their notice their grievance. The District Collector or his delegatee in the revenue division, can be approached on the issue of their

2 PIL 123.15 individual crops insurance claims, granting them such liberty, we dispose of this public interest litigation. We clarify that their claims and applications shall be decided strictly in accordance with law and the clauses of the scheme.
