The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.I-294/2015 registered at Rahuri Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366-A of the Indian Penal Code. The applicant was arrested on 4th September 2015. 3.

Learned A.P.P. submits that the minor girls were kidnapped and the persons named in the first information report are still not traceable. When confronted with the investigation papers as regards investigation against the present applicant, learned A.P.P. fairly concedes that prima facie involvement of the applicant cannot be established based on the investigation papers.

In view of above referred background, the applicant is entitled for bail.

The applicant - Ravindra Govind Parbat be released on bail in connection with Crime No.I-294/2015 registered at Rahuri Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366-A of the Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with one surety in the like amount.
