DATE : 13th APRIL, 2023 P.C.:- The claim of the petitioner is based on the communication issued under the signature of the Deputy Executive Officer, dated 6th August, 2010 and similar other communications. 2.

According to petitioner, the compensation qua standing trees in his land was not paid and as such, the respondents were of the view that the petitioner can be given ex-gratia compensation. 3.

So far as claim of the petitioner is concerned, not only the same is time barred but there is also no legal right in the petitioner to claim such amount.
