Mr. Bhosale, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that limited prayer is made that proposal sent by the Zilla Parishad to the State Government with regard to grant of benefit to the petitioner of Kalelkar Award be directed to be decided.

Considering the above, in case, the proposal sent by the Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad for grant of benefit of Kalelkar Award to the employees (Pages 149,

wp2621 160 and 162) is pending with respondent no.1, then respondent no.1 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
