Learned Advocate for the applicants seeks accommodation for four weeks to take steps against deceased sole respondent, however, it is to be noted that the notice issued to the sole respondent has been returned unserved with a remark that he expired on 27-07-2019. 2.

Learned Advocate submits that though he had written a letter to his client, his client is not responding.

Under such circumstances, the applications stand disposed of as abated.
