By the order dated 23.03.2018 in Civil Application No. 3079/2018 the original claimants were allowed to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited in this Court. By this application now it is informed that in fact the respondent No. 4 in the appeal by name Sahebrao Uttam Choudhari having died and the rest of the claimants being his legal representatives, the amount to be withdrawn by Sahebrao Choudhari be apportioned amongst the surviving claimants.

The application is allowed. The amount that was to be disbursed to deceased Sahebrao Uttam Choudhari may now be apportioned amongst remaining claimants in the same proportion as mentioned in the Award. 4.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
