The applicants being the legal heirs of original respondent No.1/10 i.e. Dayaram Zopadu Sarode, are seeking permission to bring themselves on record.

Dayaram has died on 07/09/2020 and therefore, there is delay of 130 days. However, considering the right to defend, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B and C. 4.

The appellant - acquiring body is directed to carry out the necessary amendment within stipulated period. The application is accordingly disposed of.
