On 27.7.2015, the statement of the petitioner was recorded as under:- " 1.

Mrs. Kulkarni, learned Advocate places on record a copy of the communication dated 1.7.2015 issued by the respondent / Management indicating that the termination order stands withdrawn and that the period from date of her termination till her superannuation shall be considered as a continuous service without wages. The said order is acceptable to the petitioner. 2.

The communication dated 1.7.2015 is taken on record and marked as Exhibit"X" for identification.

Mrs. Kulkarni, therefore, submits hat the entire dispute is concluded and this petition can be disposed off in the light of Exhibit "X". She can thereafter collect her retiral benefit which are legally due to her. "

Shri Wakade, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent / management confirms that the letter dated 1.7.2015, at Exhibit "X", has been issued to the petitioner and her entire period of unemployment from the date of her termination till the date of her superannuation is considered as continuous service. However, she would not be entitled for monetary benefits for the said period. 3.

Since the petitioner makes the statement that the contents of Exhibit "X" are acceptable to her and she would only claim her retiral benefits as may be legally due to her, leave to withdraw this petition is granted. 4.

In the light of the statements and Exhibit "X" this petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
