At the outset, the learned Advocates Mr. Bhise and Mr. Neb h/f. Mr. Hajare mention that earlier revision applications bearing Criminal Revision Application Nos.84 of 2022 and 150 of 2021 were against the interim order passed in the proceedings. Now the main proceeding bearing petition No.E-35 of 2018 itself is decided by the learned Judge, Family Court, Latur and both the revision applications have become infructuous. 02.

In view of above, Criminal Revision Application No.84 of 2022 and Criminal Revision Application No.150 of 2021 are disposed of as infructuous.

So far as Criminal Revision Application No.223 of 2022 is concerned, the learned Advocate for the applicant states that it is against final order passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Latur. In petition No.E-35

( 2 ) crirev223.22 of 2018 the present respondent is directed to pay monthly maintenance of Rs.10,000/- to the present applicant No.1 i.e. wife and Rs.6,000/- to present applicant No.2 i.e. son. By way of present criminal revision application, the applicants are seeking enhancement in the awarded maintenance amount. 04.

It is the submission of the learned Advocate for the respondent that the amount of maintenance is exorbitant. The respondent has no capacity to pay such amount of maintenance.
