The applicants being the legal heirs of original respondent No.1 i.e. sole claimant Ramkrishna Sonu Nemade, are seeking permission to bring themselves on record. Ramkrishna has died on 08/04/2021 and therefore, there is delay of 130 days. However, considering the right to defend, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B and C.

The appellant acquiring body is directed to carry out the necessary amendment within stipulated period. The application is accordingly disposed of.
