The applicants are seeking permission to bring legal representatives of deceased Hemlata Anil Falak, who died on 27/12/2019 by condoning the delay of 209 days. The applicants are also claiming for deletion of name of appellant No.4 Mirabai Ramkrishna Kale due to her death. According to the applicants the legal representatives of Mirabai are already on record being applicant Nos.1 to 3.

Considering the right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B, C and D.
