The office note shows that the matter has been adjourned from time to time at the request of learned Counsel for the applicant. By order dated 19.10.2013, notice was issued to the respondents. Learned Counsel for the applicant has not filed spare copies. The application was dismissed for want of prosecution and the order of dismissal was recalled by order dated 12.12.2013. There are office objections. The notice was re-issued on 13.03.2014 as well as 26.11.2014. Today also none appears for the applicant.

Taking into consideration the fact that this is an application seeking condonation of delay against the judgment and order of conviction, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.
