The applicants are seeking withdrawal of deposited amount of compensation.

It appears that, the acquiring body has deposited only 75% of the entire compensation amount. Further in connected matter this Court vide order dated 26th September, 2022 has allowed the applicants therein to withdraw amount of 50% of the compensation.

As such, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 50% of the entire amount of compensation alongwith the accrued interest thereon till date from the deposited amount of compensation by furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
