PER COURT :- The learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 3 and 4, on instructions, submits that Respondent No.4 will forward the proposal for grant of maternity leave to Respondent No.2 with necessary documents within two weeks from today. Upon receiving such proposal from Respondent No.4, Respondent No.2 to take decision on the said proposal, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably on or before 15th June, 2016. The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
