Learned AGP for respondent no. 2 states on instructions that the Deputy Collector Land Acquisition would determine the amount of rental compensation as well as interest receivable by petitioners in accordance with the policy framed by the State Government in that behalf. The Deputy Collector Land Acquisition shall take appropriate decision, determine the amount and issue communication to the petitioners as well as acquiring body, within a period of four weeks from today. On determination of amount payable to petitioners towards rental compensation as well as amount of interest leviable threon, respondent no. 3 shall pay the

With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
