Petitioner is objecting to the order passed by the Collector in respect of de-limitation and constitution of wards for the purpose of holding elections to Village Panchayat Malegaon, Tq. Bhokardan, Dist. Jalna, on the ground that the voters' population prescribed in each of the wards is not in equal proportion and there is a vast difference in the voters' population in ward no. 1 and other wards. It has been pointed out that the process of election has commenced with declaration of programme on 20.09.2015 and, nomination papers are to be accepted from 13.10.2015 onwards.
