By the order dated 11.10.2022 this Court has elaborately discussed and has directed the learned Revenue Minister to decide the Revision Application No. 17/2019 by a stipulated date which challenges the condonation of delay of 37 years and the other revision which is the substantive one thereafter. It has also been indicated that if the first revision is allowed, there would not be any need to decide the subsequent revision which would be rendered infructuous.

Since this is the only relief being claimed in the petition, we dispose of the writ petition for the self-same reason by directing the status quo to be maintained in respect of possession as well as revenue entries till the 1/2

912 WP10505 OF 2022.odt revisions are decided by the learned Minister. 4.

The First Revision shall now be decided within eight weeks from today and if it is rejected the subsequent revision shall be decided within next 12 weeks.

The parties shall remain present before the learned Revenue Minister on 06.03.2023.
