Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner now is eligible to appear for Third (first) M.B.B.S. examination. However, the examination forms are not being issued on the ground that petitioner has not submitted the validity certificate. The validation proceeding is pending.

Mr Patil,learned Addl.G.P. on instructions submits that the matter is pending for vigilance and within three months, the proceeding would be decided.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 22nd October 2019.

The respondents no.3 and 4 shall not refuse to accept the examination form of the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.

The respondents no.3 and 4 can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
