Petitioner is making grievance in respect of categorisation of petitioner's unit as a non-industrial unit / commercial unit for the purpose of recovery of electricity tariff by Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company.

It would be open for the petitioner to raise grievance with the authority created under the Electricity Act. If the petitioner approaches the concerned authority, the concerned authority may look into the grievances of the petitioner and pass appropriate order, expeditiously.
