Today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader produced on record the communication dated 6 January 2017 of the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, in which it is informed that the order is issued in favour of Shri. Phade N.S. and the revised approval is granted in his favour. In view of these circumstances this Court holds that there is substantial compliance of the order made by this Court. The communication is taken on record. The contempt proceeding is disposed of.
