Civil Application No. 308/2023 is filed for bringing the legal heirs of deceased petitioner on record. As there is no objection from other side, civil application is allowed. Abatement, if any, is set aside. The legal heirs of the deceased petitioner be brought on record.Necessary amendment be carried out in the petition within two weeks from today. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the deceased petitioner is wrongly typed in the petition, however, in the proceedings before the lower court, it was correctly recorded. The death certificate filed along with this application corresponds to the name of the deceased petitioner in the proceedings before the lower court. In view of the same, name of the deceased petitioner be corrected. Writ petition be listed on 20.3.2023 in urgent category.
