The petitioners were initially working as Muster Assistants and are subsequently absorbed at Panchayat Samiti, Dhule, on 31.5.2014. The petitioners seek retiral benefits. 3.

The contentions of the petitioners of regularisation since the earlier date can not be considered as the present issue is no longer res-integra in view of the judgment delivered in W.P.No.2589/12 with connected Writ Petitions dated 13.8.2015. For the reasons given in the said judgment, the cause put forth by the present petitioners can not be considered.
