Appellant is raising exception to the interim order dated 21.10.2011 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No. 4327/2011. After passage of four years from the date of issuance of order, in our considered view, no interference need be caused in the instant letters patent appeal. It would be open for the appellant to request the learned Single Judge for expedite disposal of the pending writ petition. Letters patent appeal stands dismissed.
