Petitioner has prayed for the following substantial relief : "B) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other writ in the like nature respondents authority i.e. to the Government of Maharashtra, may kindly be directed to allow petitioner to appear in the State Services Examination 2021-2022 by giving age relaxation and attempt i.e. lost due to Covid-19 pandemic and delay in conducting examination 2021-2022." 2.

Learned AGP submitted that the Government has issued G.R. dated 17.12.2021 and has taken a decision to permit all such similarly candidates as the petitioner is, to appear for State Service Examination as 'one time special case' . He submitted that, in view of the said Government Resolution, the

935-WP.12208-21.odt petitioner is entitled to appear for the said State Services Examination of 2021-2022 and therefore, the prayer of the petitioner has been worked out. He produced on record the said Government Resolution dated 17.12.2021.

In view thereof, the prayer clause '

B' of the petition has been worked out and nothing further survives in the present petition.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
