Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that matter is pending at the stage of Vigilance with the Committee.

The petitioner is taking education in the third year Engineering course.

It appears that even the caste certificate is issued with wrong spelling of Mannervarlu.

Considering the above, we pass the following order :

(a) The Respondent Committee shall issue attested copy of the caste certificate produced by the petitioner within one week.

The petitioner shall submit attested copy to the concerned SDO, Nanded, immediately on receipt of the attested copy. The Sub-Divisional Officer, Nanded after verifying his record about issuance of the caste certificate shall within one week of submission of the attested copy of the caste certificate shall issue the corrected caste certificate to the petitioner. On receipt of the corrected caste certificate, the petitioner shall submit it within one week to the Committee. The Committee shall thereafter decide the validation proceedings expeditiously, preferably within six

(6) months from the date of submission of the corrected tribe certificate. The Respondent

3 W.P.No.11449/17 institution shall not refuse to accept the examination form of the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. (b) The Respondent institution can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

(c) The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
