Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner seeks direction against respondent No.2 / the Collector, Jalna, to execute recovery certificate dated 22.07.2024. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.2 has already issued the notice to the contesting respondent. It seems that respondent No.2 is not sitting idle. Even then, the petitioner is seeking direction against respondent No.2 to complete the process within a stipulated time. It is not the contention of the petitioner that respondent No.2 is holding the case of petitioner and has not taken any steps. 4.

We find that the petitioner is willfully seeking directions against to respondent No.2 / Collector to proceed with the matter. This matter is of 2024.
