Later on, after pronouncement of judgment Mr.V. R. Dhorde, the learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 4 states that the trust in question runs several Schools and rejection of change reports will cause hindrance in the functioning of the Trust and Schools. He prays that the order in the present matters be stayed for a period of 8 weeks from today.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners strongly opposes the request.

However having regard to the fact that the trust runs educations institutions and rival change reports are rejected which may create a vacuum, operation of orders in Writ Petition No.11360 of 2024 and Writ Petition No.11362 of 2024 is stayed for a period of four (04) weeks from today.
