DATED : 10TH FEBRUARY,2016 PER COURT :- Mr.Kotkar, learned counsel submits that the Superintending Engineer had already come to the conclusion that an amount of Rs.52,56,300/- is payable towards the rental compensation. However, the same is not yet paid. According to the learned counsel, respondents be directed to pay the said amount. 2] Mr.Dighe, learned AGP submits that in the award, the date of taking possession of the land is written in hand writing. According to the learned counsel, the enquiry is being conducted by the Government in that regard. There is no order or adjudication with

wp10909-15 -2regard to the payment of rental compensation. 3] We do not find any order of rental compensation, however, the Superintending Engineer has already calculated the amount payable on account of rental compensation. The Government is making enquiry in the said respect. The said exercise is required to be completed by respondents expeditiously. In any circumstances, the same shall be completed within 3 months. If the amount is determined and if the same is payable to the petitioners then the respondents shall pay the said amount to the petitioners expeditiously, preferably within 6 months from the date of determination of the amount.
