The respective parties are identified by their counsel. The Respondent No. 5 Sakharam Tukaram Devkate acknowledges receipt of Rs. 50,000/- from the Petitioner.

The order impugned in the petition is dated 16th July, 2004, based on the communication dated 6th July, 2004 filed by the Petitioner.

Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 lodged a complaint with the office of the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records for correction of the area of the agricultural land bearing gut no. 117/1, 117/2 and 117/3, as after implementation of the consolidation scheme, there appear to be certain variations in the measurement.

Respondent No. 4 and 5 have undertaken before this court and also through the affidavit that they do not want to press the application for correction dated 22nd October, 1999, which has given rise to filing of this petition.

Since, the said prayer is not objected by the Petitioner and the learned AGP, the order impugned in the petition is set aside as Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 are permitted to withdraw the objection/ application dated 22nd October, 1999.

In view of above, nothing survives in the writ petition and the same is disposed of accordingly.
