The first civil application for listing the second appeal for final hearing is allowed. List the second appeal for final hearing on 26/04/2018.

In so far as the second civil application is concerned, notice of respondent No.1-a is served through her husband and respondent No.1-b is served through her son. Service, is therefore, complete. 3.

However, the appellant shall take steps for serving respondent No.1-e Pramila on or before 09/03/2018, failing which, the second appeal shall stand dismissed to the extent of respondent No.1-e Pramila on 10/03/2018. The second civil application is, therefore, disposed of.
