Mr. Shelke, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2/Child Welfare Officer raises a preliminary objection that, the petitioner has remedy of appeal challenging the appointment of the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 as Anganwadi Madatnis as per Government Resolution dated 05th August, 2010. 2.

In the light of that, though Mr. Garud, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to canvass submissions on merits of the matter, we are not inclined to consider the same. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the

2 wp 4588.14 petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. The authority where the appeal would be filed, shall consider the time spent in prosecuting the present writ petition. No costs.
