Mr. Suryawanshi, learned counsel for respondent No.5 submits that he has received Communication from the Registrar, District Court, Beed.

The said communication is issued by the Registrar, District Court, Beed as per orders of the Principal District Judge and Sessions Court, Beed upon instructions from the Chief Officer and the Deputy Engineer, Municipal Council Beed that the Municipal Council is constructing channel for disposing the sewerage, for the purpose of residents of Krantinagar, Beed. The said communication is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

We have heard Mr. Thigle, the learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation. We have also 1/2

In view of that the grievance of the petitioners, who are residents of Krantinagar, Beed is taken care of. In the result, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
