Learned amicus curiae Shri Dargad, appointed for the applicant submits that applicant is suffering from various ailments. Applicant suffers from bleeding while passing stool. He submits that applicant has suffered kidney stones, he has difficulty in walking and he has neurological disorder also. Learned amicus curiae further submits that having regard to the ailments, applicant may not get timely treatment in the prison. If applicant is released on temporary bail, he can consult experts and get the best treatment.

Learned APP Shri Kagne submits, on instructions, that now the case is for orders. The trial is likely to be concluded on the next date i.e. 2nd December 2021. In view of this, it is not necessary to consider the application of the applicant for interim bail.

I find much substance in the submissions of learned APP. When the matter is fixed for orders on 2nd December 2021, question of releasing the applicant on interim bail does not arise. 4.

Learned amicus curiae Shri Dargad submits that learned trial Court may be directed to conclude the trial and pass orders within a specified period.

Learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial on or before 15th December 2021.

Application is disposed of with these directions. 7.
