Applicant apprehends arrest in Crime No.302/2022, registered with Bhokar Police Station, Nanded, for offence punishable under Sections 307, 324, 323 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the FIR it is alleged that applicant, her husband, father-in-law and one relative namely Prabhu Shetti Karlod assaulted the informant and husband of applicant took knife from Prabhu and inflicted it's blow on the stomach of informant. At that time, applicant caught hold of hairs of informant. 3.

Heard learned advocate for applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents - State. Perused the investigation papers.

Husband of applicant as well as father-in-law are arrested. Weapon used in the crime as well as the clothes worn by them, at the time of incident are already recovered. Nothing is to be recovered from applicant. Taking into consideration the role attributed to applicant and applicant being a woman, she is entitled for protection. Therefore, the application is allowed by confirming interim protection order passed by this Court on 13/10/2022, on the same terms and conditions. Till filing of charge-sheet, applicant shall attend concerned police station as and when called by Investigating Officer and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
