By way of this application, the petitioner has sought amendment in the writ petition.

Considering the fact that the writ petition is still to be admitted, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents, even if the amendment is allowed at this stage. They will have

opportunity to controvert every averments to be added by way of amendment.

The application is allowed. The amendment is allowed to be carried out. The respondents would be at liberty to file additional reply.
