Mr. Mote, the learned advocate for the respondent No. 5 submits that, the respondent No. 5 is an Ex-officio Chairman of the Committee. The Committee would within a period of two

(02) months from today forward the proposal of petitioners for grant in aid to the District Level Committee. 2.

After the proposal is forwarded to the District Level Committee, the District Level Committee shall forward the said proposal to the Director of Education expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of the said proposal. On receipt of said proposal the Director of Education (Primary) shall take decision upon it, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
