This Habeas Corpus petition is filed by maternal uncle of missing Payal Ramdas Kale.

Today, the investigating officer has produced Payal before us. Admittedly, she is minor. Petitioner and Payal's father namely Ramdas Kale are present in the Court. The girl is willing to go with her father. Her custody is therefore handed over to her father. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
