The petitioner had earlier filed Writ Petition No.11313 of 2017. The same is disposed of under the order dated 8th January, 2018, in which directions were given to respondent No.4 to take decision upon the representations of the petitioner for payment of back-wages and the increments. The learned counsel submits that the same is not yet decided by the respondents.

In that case the petitioner has other remedy available. The orders are already passed by us in the earlier writ petition. The petitioner may avail the said remedy.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
