By this applications, the applicant seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondent No. 1. 2.
First Information Report in Crime No. 263/2019 is lodged by one Subhash Mavale, Block Development Officer, Bhagyawant Punde
{2} 921-ACB-126-2019 Panchayat Samiti, Georai, for the offences punishable under sections 409, 468, 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, wherein respondent No. 1 in both the applications are arrayed as accused.

Heard the learned advocate for the applicant, learned advocates for respondent No. 1 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State.

The applicant claims to be a social worker and according to him he had complained to the Block Development Officer and on that basis, the Block Development Officer has lodged the First Information Report in question. 5.
The learned advocates for respondent No. 1 submit that charge sheet is already filed and the matter is at the stage of recording evidence. Apart from this the applicant has no locus to challenge the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the applications.
