The appellant/applicant who has fled this appeal is seeking condonation of delay of 825 days which appears to caused for arraigning the amount under the award. The learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 4 to 6 submitted that appropriate order may be passed. The claimants though served by paper publication, failed to appear. In view of the same, the delay of 825 days stands condoned.
