Heard Mr. Panpatte, learned Counsel for the petitioner. On a grievance that the order of this Court was not complied with, the present Contempt Petition was filed and simple notice was issued by this Court on 13 September 2019. 2.

Today, learned Addl. Government Pleader placed on record copy of Government Resolution dated 16 September 2019 whereby the State Government, in view of the order of this Court, decided to grant family pension to the widow of Freedom Fighter i.e. the petitioner to the tune of Rs.14,70,161/-. The Government

(2) CP-624.2019.odt Resolution states that the Collector, Nanded to take appropriate steps immediately. Learned Addl. Government Pleader, on instructions, further submitted that in view of the Government Resolution dated 16 September 2019 the necessary steps were taken immediately and the amount was credited in the account of the petitioner through R.T.G.S. mode. Mr. Panpatte, learned Counsel for the petitioner admits this fact situation. 3.

In view of the due compliance of the order of this court, nothing survives in the Petition. The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
