1] The learned AGP for the State, on instructions, submits that the Appeal is listed for hearing before the Appellate Authority and the appeal would be disposed expeditiously.

2] Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with liberty to argue the Appeal before the Appellate Authority.

3] The interim stay granted by this Court by order dated 26.09.2025 to continue till disposal of the Appeal. However, the Appellate Authority to decide the Appeal on its own merits and without being influenced by the interim orders passed by this Court.
