Heard learned Counsel appearing for the parties.

Learned A.G.P. for the State has tendered across the bar letter written by the Collector, Jalgaon to learned A.G.P. and also bunch of the

Relying upon the said documents, learned A.G.P. submits that the proposal submitted by the Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Faijpur on 11/12/2015 to cancel Resolution No. 406 by invoking Section 308 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Township Act, 1965, will be decided within three months.

In the light of above, respondent District Collector, Jalgaon to take decision on the said proposal submitted by the Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Faijpur, as early as possible, however, on or before 30/09/2016.

The petition stands disposed of in above terms.
