1) The proceeding is filed on the basis of the order made by this Court in Writ Petition No.4483/2014 (Sambhaji Krushna Mali & Others v. The State of Maharashtra & Others). Time was fixed and the order was to be made on or before 30­5­2015. As this order was not complied with present proceeding came to be filed on 22­9­2016.

2 CP 699 of 2016 2) Today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader made a statement that the order came to be made on 30­1­2017. He produced a communication dated 7­2­2017 of the Under Secretary, Shri. U.M. Madan. It shows that decision has been taken. The communication is taken on record. The order is substantially complied with, the present contempt proceeding is disposed of.
