The present Civil Revision Application is filed assailing order dated 20.10.2021 passed in Civil M.A. No.269/2021 by which prayer for grant of leave to file Appeal against judgment and decree passed in Special Civil Suit No.256/2013 was allowed. 2.

The learned Advocates appearing for respective parties brings to notice of this Court judgment and decree passed by learned District Judge, Aurangabad dated 21.10.2021 in Regular Civil Appeal No.107/2021, whereby while allowing Appeal, judgment and decree in Special Civil Suit No.256/2013 is quashed and set aside.
