Heard the learned Advocate for the applicant. 2.

Inspite of service, none appears for the respondent. 3.

This application is moved seeking transfer of the matrimonial proceeding of Petition A No.220 of 2024 pending before the learned Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad to the court of learned Judge, Family Court at Buldhana.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant is wife staying at Buldhana with her old aged mother. There is no one to accompany her to come to Aurangabad. The distance is more than 150

( 2 ) k.m. The frequency of buses is very low, making it difficult for her to attend each and every date.

In the present case, inspite of notice, none has appeared for the respondent. This Court, therefore, believes that the respondent has no serious objection to grant the prayers made in this application. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

(i) Misc. Civil Application stands allowed.

(ii) The proceedings of Petition A No.220 of 2024 pending before the learned Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad stands transferred to the court of learned Judge, Family Court at Buldhana.

(iii) After transfer of the proceeding, the applicant shall not seek unnecessary adjournments. In case the Trial Court finds that the adjournments are unnecessarily sought, the Trial Court may deal with such application, so as to compensate the respondent-husband, if he personally remains present.

(iv) Whenever request is made by the respondent-husband seeking

( 3 ) permission to appear through video conferencing, the same shall be considered liberally by the trial Court.
