For the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and the same is disposed of. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith.

Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner, in presence of learned counsel for other side, submits that the matters are likely to be amicably settled.

In view of above, if terms and conditions of compromise are reduced in writing today itself, learned Counsel for both the sides alongwith parties are directed to appear before the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court today at 02:30 p.m. for verification of compromise terms and conditions.

Learned Registrar (Judicial) to take necessary steps and report the same to this Court.
