The grievance of the petitioners is that though they filed an application on 08.09.2015 for entering their names in the land record, the said application has not been decided by respondent no.4.

By way of this petition, the petitioners are seeking appropriate directions to respondent no.4 to decide the said application. This being the only relief claimed by the petitioners in this petition, this Writ Petition stands disposed with a direction to respondent no.4 to decide the application of the petitioners on merits and in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably, within a period of three months from today, upon hearing the petitioner, if necessary.
