This application is filed by original claimant for withdrawal of amount deposited by the respondent/appellant. It is submitted that in the Civil Applications of same group the claimants therein are allowed to withdraw 60% amount of the total deposited amount in this Court by order dated 24.09.2021. In view of the same, present application is partly allowed. The applicant is at liberty to withdraw 60% amount with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking.
