The petitioner is challenging the order dated 17.7.2023 passed by the respondent Assistant Collector, Nandurbar by which the petitioner is held liable for payment of royalty and also for wrongful use of the vehicle. The learned counsel submits that final orders are passed. 3.

The learned AGP submits that remedy of appeal is available to the petitioner against the final order passed by the authority. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vehicle of the petitioner is detained from 20.6.2023 for long period of time and seeks for release of the vehicle.

In view of the submissions made, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final order passed by the respondent authority before the appellate authority. The petitioner is also permitted to file application for release of his vehicle and if such application is filed before the appellate authority, the appellate authority shall decide the same within two weeks from the date of the application.
